To alleviate these disorders, Innate's R&D team has developed a vaginal ovule named Giaval® with a special formulation enriched with Hyaluronic Acid (HA). During menopause, with the significant decrease in estrogen levels, significant structural changes occur in the vaginal epithelium, resulting in progressive and worsening atrophic changes. HA is a naturally occurring polysaccharide capable of attracting and retaining water molecules.
