This is a biological matrix in the form of a sterile, viscoelastic solution containing sodium hyaluronate and chondroitin sodium sulfate; these two substances contain physically cross-linked, high purity polymers and N-acetylglucosamine (NAG), a natural amino acid. Each injector contains 36 mg of high purity hyaluronic acid.
Applied with a single dose injection, it ensures good hydration and shock absorption in the joint and provides distinct improvement in osteoarthritis (OA) symptoms. Recommended application is two treatment cycles per year, every 6 months.
